The Process Ahead: A 3-Step Discovery Journey
We have designed a transparent and exciting three step introduction process that will lead both you and us to the most accurate outcome:
Step 1: Online Introduction & Vision Alignment
- How? An approximately 45-minute online video meeting with our leader.
- What Will Happen? This is not an interview; it is a dialogue to explore whether we share a common professional passion and vision. You will share your goals, and we will share ours. The aim is to see whether the chemistry works.
- Important note: Technical knowledge, accounts you’ve managed, or specific skills will NEVER be discussed in this session. It is entirely dedicated to you and your story. So don’t forget to prepare your favorite coffee or tea before the meeting begins. We guarantee you laughter and a wonderfully enjoyable conversation!
Step 2: Online Competency & Scenario Analysis
- How? An interactive case study session with the participation of our department managers.
- What Will Happen? This is where theory ends and practice begins. You will be presented with a realistic scenario from the digital world such as crisis management or a campaign strategy. Here we will observe not only your knowledge but also your quick thinking under pressure, your finesse in problem-solving, and your strategic mindset.
Step 3: Vision Day & Final Decision (Montenegro)
- How? You will be invited as our guest to our headquarters in Montenegro. Your round trip airfare and all transportation expenses will be fully covered by us.
- What Will Happen? This is not the last step of an interview; it is the potential first day of your career with us. You will meet our management team, experience our working environment firsthand, and join us at the heart of our strategy. This day is usually when signatures are made and handshakes turn into strong partnerships.
- The Tradition: At the very end of this memorable day, just when you think everything has concluded, a small tradition marks the moment. As we walk you to the door, you will be honored with a sincere handshake for reaching this distinguished stage. However… if, after that handshake, we pause and ask with genuine warmth: “Your flight is still some time away… May we invite you for a cup of Turkish coffee, to mark the beginning of 40 years together?” That moment is the real BINGO! That cup is not merely a treat it is a herald. When you take the first sip, you will know that shortly after you return home, our HR team will send your official invitation letter, and this exciting partnership will officially begin. Everything is hidden in that final coffee offer.
